The Problem

Pureluum had a library of UGC but no direction. Every creator made something different. The brand had no visual or verbal identity across its content. Conversion rates on UGC were low because nothing felt cohesive enough to build trust.

What We Did

We built a creator brief system. Every creator got a 4-page brief with: hook options, talking points, tone guidelines, what to avoid, and specific callouts for the product's key benefits.

We ran 40+ pieces through this system over three months. We scored every piece before it went live using the ad scoring framework. Anything below a 7/10 hook strength got a rewrite before the creator filmed.
